Chemical Free Blueberries

CLOSED FOR NOW
There is a small chance that we may open again at some point if the blueberries that are on the bushes ripen. At this time there are no ripe blueberries. We will post here if we will open any more for this year.
THANK YOU!

REMEMBER! THE EARLY PICKER GETS THE BEST BLUEBERRIES!
Price $3.50 Per Pound
Cash & Checks Only Please

Note: Please don’t assume that because the bushes are small or that the first several rows in the front have been picked! You will miss out on some really nice blueberries!
Also remember that we have 7 different varieties of blueberries. Some ripen early, some mid season and some later. The “great picking areas” change with the time of the season!

Click on “Blueberry Recipes” above for some great
blueberry recipes! More to come!

Note: We sometimes close off sections of the farm. This allows the blueberries to fully ripen between pickings. Please do not go into any of the areas that are roped off. Thank You!

My Helpers have been working year long pulling vines and cleaning out all of the invasive trees and vines. They are cleaner than ever!

(SEE LOCATION, HOURS, PRICING FOR MORE INFO.)
NOTE: BLUEBERRY SEASON LASTS 4 TO 6 WEEKS (Mid to Late
May Through 1st or 2nd Week in July) DEPENDING ON THE
RAINFALL AND THE HEAT.
THE FARM IS CLOSED DURING THE REST OF THE
YEAR EXCEPT FOR SPECIAL EVENTS

Chmielewski’s Blueberry Farm is located about 40 minutes northwest of downtown Houston in Hockley, Texas.  We have 22 rows of approximately 8 acres of Southern Highbush and Rabbiteye blueberries .  Our farm is only opened during the season when the blueberries are ripe (usually late May through Mid July).  We provide buckets to pick your blueberries and plastic bags to take them home with you.  For more information, click on the above headings.
